Religious Discrimination Bill Submission

HRLA Submission to the Attorney-General on the Exposure Draft of the Religious Discrimination Bill.

Human Rights Law Alliance has made a submission to the Attorney-General on the exposure draft of the Religious Discrimination Bill which demonstrates that while the Bill is a good start, there are some key flaws in the exposure draft that will need to be addressed for the Bill to provide real protection to Christians who face hostility for living out their Christian faith in the public sphere.
