Mark Latham Moves to Uphold Parental Rights

This week, the Hon. Mark Latham MLC moved to restore parental rights in NSW. His Education Legislation Amendment (Parental Rights) Bill 2020 will give control back to parents over the moral and ethical education of their children.

Mark Latham's bill is a significant and essential step in the restoration of parents' rights in NSW. The bill upholds core principles enshrined in article 18 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights by reinforcing parental control over the moral and ethical education of their children. The bill not only protects parent's rights, it also protects children from the steady advance of radical gender fluidity theory in NSW schools.
